- Communications: Contact messages, comments, private messages

- Technical: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifier
- Usage: Pages visited, posts viewed, viewing duration, interactions
- Cookies: Used to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences

Your data is primarily stored in the European Economic Area (EEA). Some subcontractors may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards:

6. Retention Period
- Active accounts: As long as your account is active
- Inactive accounts: 3 years after last login, then automatic deletion
- Payment data: 10 years (accounting requirement)
- Security logs: 1 year maximum
- KYC documents: 7 years after end of collaboration (USC 2257)

How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. This action is irreversible. All your data (profile, posts, comments, history) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also request deletion by email.

8. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt
- JWT authentication with automatic expiration
- Firewall and 24/7 monitoring
- Daily encrypted backups
- Regular staff training
9. Minors
Our service is strictly reserved for adults (+18 years). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may modify this privacy policy. Significant changes will be notified by email 30 days before taking effect. The date of last update is indicated at the top of this page.
